📜 The obligation to use SES.HOSPEDAJES for guest registration is set out in Royal Decree 933/2021, which introduces new rules on documentary records and submitting data to the authorities.

Who is required to use SES.HOSPEDAJES to register guests?

This regulation applies to all types of tourism operators, digital platforms and individuals acting in a non-professional capacity, namely:

  • 🏠 Holiday letting owners, even if they let just one room.
  • 🏨 Hotels, guesthouses, hostels and boarding houses.
  • 🌄 Rural holiday homes.
  • 🏕️ Campsites.

All of them are required to identify their guests, report to the authorities and verify the accuracy of the data provided.

Exceptions

  • In Catalonia guest registration is still carried out through Mossos d’Esquadra.
  • In the Basque Country, this is done through the Ertzaintza.

👉 In both cases, it is advisable to have a guest report template to complete each time a guest is registered, without forgetting any details.

⏰ What is the deadline for submitting guest details?

The regulations state that data must be submitted immediately and, in any event, no later than 24 hours after the event.

This means you cannot put off registration until ‘you have time’. You must ensure that the authorities receive each guest’s information within the prescribed deadline.

Where can I see the landlord code (entity) or establishment code?

I cannot find the email. Where can I see the username?
Your username is your “Documento” (identity document number) +WS; for example, if your identity document number is 22233344A, your username is 22233344AWS.
On SesHospedajes, first log in, then click “Perfil” (Profile), check the “Documento” (identity document number) value and add WS

I cannot find the email. Where can I see the password?

You can change your password through SesHospedajes

How can I view my reports in SesHospedajes?
