2. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of the corporate website. Browsing an informational page does not, in itself, constitute purchasing a paid service or accepting terms that were not displayed during the purchase process.

The operational service is available at https://app.ibutlers.com. Taking out the service requires express acceptance of the offer, price, scope and terms provided before sign-up is confirmed. Where the parties have accepted a proposal, order, engagement agreement or other specific terms, that documentation takes precedence over the general information on this page to the extent of any inconsistency.

3. Permitted use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to damage or disrupt systems, data or accounts, or access them without authorisation. They must not introduce malware, impersonate others or use the content in breach of third-party rights.

Access to public information on the website does not grant a licence to the application's software or authorise reverse engineering, abusive automated exploitation, or reuse of trademarks and content beyond the limits permitted by law.

4. Service information and contracts

The descriptions of features, integrations and prices published on the website are for information and may change. Public pricing information is available at https://ibutlers.com/#precio. Before a contract is entered into, the applicable price, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation procedure and essential service features must be displayed.

A contract is concluded only through an act of express acceptance and the corresponding confirmation. Browsing, trying out a public page or using some of its informational content does not imply irrevocable acceptance.

The contracting party must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and configure the service in accordance with the regulations applicable to them. iButlers must provide the functions actually contracted for with the required care and communicate significant incidents through the agreed channels.

5. Changes, availability and third parties

The website may be updated to correct errors, improve content or revise information. Changes to contractual terms will only take effect in accordance with the contract and applicable law; where they materially affect an ongoing service, they must be communicated with reasonable advance notice and without removing rights already acquired.

Some pages link to third-party services. iButlers does not control their content or availability, and each third party applies its own terms. This clause does not limit any liability that iButlers may have under the law for its own actions.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, trade marks, logos, code and other original content are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may be viewed for legitimate use of the website. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation beyond the limits permitted by law requires authorisation from the rights holder.

7. Data protection

The Privacy policy describes only the verifiable processing of personal data on the corporate website. Data processing within the application, the features purchased and, where applicable, the obligations of the controller and processor must be set out in the current service information and contractual documentation; this page makes no claims about providers, subprocessors, transfers or time periods that have not been checked.

8. Consumers and the right of withdrawal

Nothing in these terms diminishes consumers' mandatory statutory rights. Where the contract is subject to consumer legislation, the applicable pre-contractual information and right of withdrawal must be provided before the service is confirmed.

The provision of a service or digital content during the withdrawal period, and any resulting loss of that right, will apply only when all legal requirements have been met, including an express request or consent and the required prior information. Simply using the website does not imply a waiver.

9. Cancellation, payments and liability

The specific terms must explain how to cancel, the effects on the current period and, where applicable, the refund rules. Non-payment or a serious breach may result in proportionate measures under the contract, with any applicable notice and opportunities to remedy the breach.

Each party is liable within the limits established by law and by the terms validly agreed. No liability that cannot legally be limited is excluded, and users are not held responsible for failures attributable to iButlers.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain the right to the jurisdiction provided for under applicable legislation. In dealings between professionals or businesses, any submission to the courts of Pontevedra will apply only where it is valid and has been expressly accepted.
