Guest registration forms for Mossos d´esquadra (Catalonia)
✅ Who is required to register guests in Catalonia?
The obligation applies to all accommodation establishments located in Catalonia. The Generalitat includes, among others: hotels, rural accommodation, campsites and motorhome areas, tourist apartments, tourist rental properties (HUT), llars compartides (shared homes) and distinctive accommodation. The obligation also applies to rentals of less than one month when they include accommodation-related services. The data must be submitted electronically through the platform operated by the Mossos d’Esquadra within 24 hours of the start of each stay.

How to obtain your Mossos credentials
If you do not yet have your credentials, you must first be registered on the Mossos d’Esquadra platform.
Find your credentials on the Mossos platform
“Usuari” (Username) & “Paraula de pas” (Password)
These are the credentials you use to access the Mossos d’Esquadra web platform, as shown in the screenshot below:
You will need them to validate your Mossos account in iButlers.
“Nom establiment” (Establishment name) & “ID policial establiment” (Establishment police ID)
Once your Mossos account has been validated in iButlers, you will need these credentials. On the Mossos platform, a list of your registered establishments appears as soon as you log in. There you can see the establishment name (‘nom de l’establiment’) and the ‘ID policial’ (Police ID).
What if I do not have a Mossos account?
If you have not signed up to the Mossos platform or have not yet registered your establishment, you can visit the official Mossos website and follow these steps:
- Click “Formulari d’alta d’establiment (PI-15)” (Establishment registration form) and complete the form with your establishment and company details. Once you have finished, click “Aceptar” (Accept) to download the PDF document.
- Review the PDF to make sure all the information is correct, then sign it.
- Return to the previous page and click “Envío del formulario de alta (PI-15)” (Submit the registration form). Enter your establishment and contact details, attach the signed PDF and click “Aceptar” (Accept).
- You will receive your login credentials (“Usuari” — Username, and “Paraula de pas” — Password) by email within a few days.

Click “¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?” (Forgot your password?) on the login page to reset it easily.
2. Where can you find your username?
Your username appears in the top right when you log in to the official platform.
3. How do you find the accommodation ID?
Look in the column labelled “ID Policial” (police ID) in the list of registered establishments.
4. Can I review the forms that have been submitted?
No. The Mossos d’Esquadra website does not store a history accessible to establishments. Previously submitted data is not provided either.
