Vrbo calendar: where to find it

Steps to synchronise bookings from your Vrbo calendar using a computer:

1. Log in to your VRBO account, select the listing you want to edit and click ‘Calendario’ (Calendar).

2. Click Import and export (‘Importar y Exportar’).

3. Click ‘Exportar calendario’ (Export calendar).

4. Copy your Vrbo calendar link.

5. Log in to your iButlers account.

6. Go to ‘Alojamientos’ (Accommodation), edit the property whose Vrbo bookings you want to synchronise, then under ‘Calendarios conectados’ (connected calendars) edit ‘Calendario Vrbo’ (make sure you select the correct property).

7. Click save and your bookings will sync with iButlers automatically.
