Automatically generated bookings

The “Permitir reservas autogeneradas” (Allow automatically generated bookings) option lets you create automatically generated bookings to separate stays that Booking now sends as a single booking block, as the channel no longer sends consecutive bookings separately.

Once this option is enabled, automatically generated bookings can be created when generating the form, provided that one of these conditions is met:

• There is no active booking for that period.
• The only active booking is a booking from Booking.

Automatically generated bookings cannot be created if there is already an active booking from any other source or a manually created booking for that period.

Automatically generated bookings are created only when the form is generated; enabling this option does not create them automatically. Once created, they can be deleted manually if necessary.

How to activate the feature

• Enable the option ‘Permitir reservas autogeneradas’ (Allow automatically generated bookings).
• Go to Advanced management (‘Gestión avanzada’) for the apartment.
