Setting up submissions to the Ertzaintza in iButlers

For iButlers to submit guest registration reports to the Ertzaintza automatically, you must enter the Registro Hostelero login credentials supplied by the Ertzaintza in your account.

Before setting up automatic submission, make sure your accommodation is registered with the Ertzaintza’s Registro Hostelero and that you have a username and password to access the service.

To set up submissions:

1. Log in to your iButlers account.
2. Open the accommodation settings and configure these details:
   • Username for accessing the ertzainza service (usually 6 digits)
   • Password
   • Establishment code

From that point onwards, iButlers will be able to send that property's guest registration forms automatically to the Ertzaintza.

Register with the Ertzaintza

If you do not yet have a username and password, you must request them on the official Ertzaintza website, in the section “Servicio de comunicaciones para establecimientos hoteleros” (reporting service for hotel establishments). As part of that process, you will need to enter the establishment's details and those of the user who will access the service.

To register your tourist property on the Ertzaintza website, go to “Empresas > Registro Hotelero” (Businesses > Hotel Register). We provide a direct link to the Ertzaintza website.

Complete the form with your details and those of the tourist accommodation you want to register. Once the process is complete, you will receive a username and password that you can use in iButlers to automate submissions.
